Champagne Blending Masterclass

HATT et SÖNER invites you to a Champagne tasting and blending masterclass, combined with a guided tour of the Villa de Sein exhibitions with NORD+ Beyond, during the OUT OF THE ORDINARY exhibition as part of Zurich Design Week.

Created for a small group of guests, this evening offers a rare opportunity to step into the role of the winemaker. You will taste a selection of still wines from distinct Grand and Premier Cru parcels on the Côte des Blancs, each pressed separately to preserve identity, origin and traceability.

You will learn to identify what separates one parcel from another in the glass, then shape your own Champagne recipe, deciding on proportion, balance and style. This is the exercise that sits at the heart of every champagne made at the house. 

During the evening, you will also taste the full range of HATT et SÖNER cuvées, accompanied by small bites.
