Personal Vintage Tasting - ChampagneUniverset

    Personal Vintage Tasting

Together with ChampagneUniverset and host Kira Milan, we are hosting an exclusive tasting featuring our vintage champagnes and the Personal Vintage concept. Personal Vintage (PV) offers you the opportunity to create your own unique vintage champagne.

About the Concept Your champagne is created in collaboration with our winemaker, while opening the doors to unique experiences and an unforgettable journey into the world of champagne. Access to this opportunity is strictly by personal invitation from us or ChampagneUniverset, due to limited allocations each year.

If you wish to be invited to a HATT et SÖNER PV tasting and take the first step toward your Personal Vintage, please contact our partners at  kontakt@champagneuniverset.dk.

During the evening, we will guide you through a blind tasting of various champagne styles to identify your personal preference. This forms the basis for your unique champagne recipe, which is then entrusted to and executed by our winemaker, Céline Vallois. Your champagne will be produced with a minimum order of 60 bottles or 30 magnums.

Since every vintage champagne requires a "millésime" (1000 days) to mature, you can enjoy our other Champagnes in the meantime, which we will also be pouring during this tasting.

Three light snacks are included in the event.
