Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Note: This cancellation policy applies only to HATT et SÖNER events. For external partner events, please refer to the specific terms provided by the hosting partner.
- Full refund up to 60 days before the event. 50% refund from 59 to 30 days prior. No refund within 29 days.
- Tickets may be transferred to another guest anytime (subject to legal drinking age).
- If we cancel or reschedule, you'll receive a 100% refund.
